The Enterprise Remote app is available on iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch with iOS 11 or later.
Although you can't access the Home section from the Enterprise Remote app, you can choose from your already-added playlists, stations, and schedules.
The Enterprise Remote is a separate app from the Soundtrack app in the App Store.
You will need a unique remote code to pair your device to the Remote. Please request this from our team by calling 07 5587 7222 or emailing

The Enterprise Remote app allows you to monitor one, several, or all of your zones. If you want to add several zones in the Enterprise Remote app, pleaselet our team know which zones you need a code for.
Once you have the remote code, follow these steps:
1. Download "Enterprise Remote" from the App Store on your iOS device.
2. Open the app and enter the remote code.
3. If you have more than one Zone - Click on the plus symbol in the upper right-hand corner and enter the unique remote code for the zone.
Skip songs and adjust the volume
See what song is playing, adjust the volume, and skip songs directly from the app. You can also share songs with your customers by clicking on the "Share" symbol (the arrow to the left of the pause).
Change music
Change what's playing by clicking the three dots in the top right corner, then click Change music. Pick from the stations, playlists, and schedules that have been added to your account.
Display mode
Click on the three-dotted menu in the picture below, and choose Display mode to display what's playing.
