Player is not connected to internet

If you get a notification stating that your tablet is not connected to the internet, there could be several different reasons. Please following the below instructions to assist you with restoring the Wi-Fi connection:

1. Confirm Wi-Fi at your site is working and password has not changed.

2. Close the music app down.
Click the bottom left icon

Click Close All - note if music is still playing on-site performing this step will stop the playback temporarily.

3. Make sure the table is connected to the Wi-Fi.
You would have been returned to the Home screen, now swipe down from the top right and click the cog button.

Select Connections from the menu on the right-hand side and check that your Wi-Fi network name appears and that the Wi-Fi is turned on.
The toggle should appear blue and pushed to the right as shown below.
Note: If you don't see your Wi-Fi network you will need to click on Wi-Fi which will take you to the Wi-Fi settings. You can then submit your network password and get connected.

4. Now reopen the music app again and your tablet should be connected to the internet and continue streaming.
