How do I upload my promotions?



Upload your own promotions

Our quick and easy Digital Signage Manager makes uploading, creating, and changing promotions simple. This is how to get started:
  1. Visit https://atmosphere.tv/login and sign in to your account. If you don’t know your password, click “Forgot Password?”.
  2. Once logged in, click the “Atmosphere Ads” tab.
  3. Click “Create Campaign” at the top right hand side of the page.
  4. Click "FREE - Customers In My Business" and "Continue"
  5. Select “Upload"
  6. Either drag & drop the promotion from your computer or click “UPLOAD A FILE”. For best results, all images and videos should be exported at 1920px. x 1080px. For more detailed information on file size and dimensions for custom images and videos, please read this article.
  7. Once your promotion has successfully uploaded, click “Continue”. Enter the name of your promotion, and select the checkbox of the devices you would like this promotion to be displayed (some business will have more than one device)
  8. Set the start date and end date for your promotion as well as the days and time you want your promotion to play and click "continue"
  9. Review/preview your promotion settings and if you’re happy with it, click “Publish Promotion”. The promotion will begin uploading. This may take a few minutes.
  10. When the promotion has successfully uploaded, you will see it show up between the channel content segments live on screen (about every 3 minutes). You may upload as many as you like!
 

Create a promotion

This is where you can choose from our many pre-made templates depending on the type of promotion you are intending to create.
  1. Visit https://atmosphere.tv/login and sign in to your account. If you don’t know your password, click “Forgot Password?”.
  2. Once logged in, click the “Atmosphere Ads” tab.
  3. Click “Create Campaign” at the top right hand side of the page.
  4. Click "FREE - Customers In My Business" and "Continue"
  5. Choose from one of the two templates available and click "Use Template"
    1. Text Promo
    2. Photo Promo
  6. Make your way through the options on the right hand pane to customise the template to your business. If you have chosen the "Photo Promo" template you can upload a photo and your logo in this section.
  7. Once completed, click "Next".
  8. Enter the name of your promotion, and select the checkbox of the devices you would like this promotion to be displayed (some business will have more than one device)
  9. Set the start date and end date for your promotion as well as the days and time you want your promotion to play and click "continue"
