Firewall settings

For our service to work, your firewall needs to allow outgoing traffic for the player. Make sure that the following ports and all host names are open for outbound traffic:
  1. 443 (TCP) - HTTPS
  2. 53 (UDP/TCP) - DNS
  3. 123 (UDP) - NTP

Please note that these settings apply to all supported devices and that the devices don’t need any ports for incoming traffic.

Additionally, equipment or software that intercepts or filters web traffic such as proxies, web filtering devices, or security appliances, are not supported. If you use such solutions in your network, the player must be excluded from being affected, or our service cannot work.
