App Update
If the music app needs to be updated please follow these steps:
1. Within the music app you will see a message that say "Your app is too old"
2. Tap Update
3. The Google Play store will appear, please log in with your own gmail address and password
If you do not have one, tap Create Account and follow the prompts
If you would like us to create a temporary one for you, please call our team on 07 5587 7222
4. Once you have logged in, the Soundtrack App with appear, tap on Update
5. Once the app has updated, please close out of all apps - Tap the 3 lines ||| at the bottom of the screen and tap Close all
6. Go to the home screen of the tablet and open the Soundtrack App, find a playlist and hit play
If you are presented with a login screen, please call our team on 07 5587 7222 and we will provide a new pairing code.
